Begin your exploration with some of Egypt’s most legendary treasures.
Visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx before continuing to the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of artifacts spanning Egypt’s dynasties, including the golden treasures of King Tutankhamun.
Explore the Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali before flying to Aswan.
There, you’ll board the deluxe M/S Mojito—or a similar vessel—and begin your seven-night voyage along the Nile.
Discover Aswan’s High Dam and travel by motorboat to the island sanctuary of Philae Temple.
Enjoy a peaceful felucca ride around Kitchener Island before sailing to Kom Ombo to explore its unusual twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus.

The monumental twin temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari were carved directly into the mountainside. When construction of the Aswan High Dam threatened the site, the temples were carefully cut into thousands of pieces and moved to higher ground.

The final viewing venue has not yet been released. The operator will confirm whether viewing will take place at a designated location or aboard the ship when the arrangements are finalized.
Yes. There are no interior cabins aboard the M/S Mojito. All guest cabins have large outward-facing bay windows with at least one section that opens.
The cabins do not have separate walk-out balconies. They feature large outward-facing bay windows with an opening section, creating an open-air viewing experience from within the cabin.
Most cabins are located on the upper decks. Six cabins are located on the lower deck. Assignments are subject to availability.
The average sightseeing group is expected to include approximately 30 to 35 travelers, with one Egyptologist assigned to each group.
No hotel-upgrade option is currently available due to high demand surrounding the eclipse. Accommodations will be at the Ramses Hilton, Hilton Grand Nile, or a similar property.

No. The program will explore the writing and publishing journey from multiple perspectives. The conversations will be valuable for writers considering traditional publishing, independent publishing, or still determining which pathway is right for them.
The itinerary includes extensive sightseeing, so the Inspired at Sea Writers Program will be thoughtfully scheduled around the travel experience. Writers will also be encouraged to use personal time aboard the ship to capture ideas, reflect, and write.
Yes. Partners, friends, and family members who are not writers are welcome to join the travel experience.
No. International airfare to and from Egypt is not included. Round-trip domestic flights within Egypt between Cairo and Aswan are included.
Travel insurance is not listed as included in the package but is highly recommended.
A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is required to request and secure a reservation, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 125 days before travel. Guests may make payments according to the schedule they choose, provided the entire balance is paid by the final-payment deadline.
Once the deposit has been made for the cruise, a separate invoice will be sent for the Inspired at Sea Writers Program which can be paid in full or in installments upon request.
